Veliki Dolomiti road bike tour

This scenic route takes us to the Zasavje region. We start our cycle tour at Hotel Grof and continue in the direction of Vransko. At the Trojane-Tuhinj Valley junction, we turn right and cycle on towards Motnik. Once in Motnik, we start the ascent to Trojane, where we can take a short break and try the delicious Trojane doughnuts. We continue uphill to Dobrljevo, followed by a first long descent to Zagorje and Trbovlje - the heart of the Zasavje region. At the Trbovlje swimming pool, we turn right and begin the ascent to Podmeja. Shortly before the top of the Podmeja Pass, in Knezdol, turn left onto the side road to the Dom pod Reško planino hut. Once at the hut, we start the descent towards Prebold, where we turn left and continue cycling through Kaplja vas, Grajska vas and Tabor to the Grof Hotel.
